What is involved in the All on 4 procedure?
At your first consultation, we will fully check your teeth and gums with the use of X-rays, impressions, and CAT scans. A tailored treatment plan will be put together for you and will be explained in detail so that you are aware of what to expect- including costs and recovery time. Once you are happy, your implant surgery will be scheduled.
If you do need a tooth extraction, it may be possible to extract it and fit your implant straight away. This will depend on the tooth being removed and the condition of your gums. In some cases, a few weeks of recovery time will be necessary.
At your fitting appointment, the four implants will be placed along with a new set of interim teeth. The procedure will take around 1-2 hours.
You will be invited in for check-ups in the following weeks and months afterwards so that we can assess your recovery and make sure your implants are healing as expected.
It will take around six months for your implants to fully heal and fuse securely with your jawbone. At this point, we are able to attach abutments (or connectors) to the implants and fit your final set of replacement teeth. Each one will be made to measure, colour-matched, and perfectly adjusted for maximum comfort and bite.

I've now been with Inspired Dentistry for over 30 years. Through that time the check-ups and hygienist visits have been excellent, being both professional, friendly, and not judgemental (well there has been the occasional telling off).
The implant for my lower teeth that I had done at Inspired Dentistry a few years ago were expertly designed and very well "installed", and are serving me well (note that the implants were necessary due to my prior 1970s style neglect of my teeth - so I advice you to get flossing and use an electric toothbrush). I can also commend the Dex tablets that were prescribed to reduce swelling from the implants procedure - I've never been so energised to do housework after midnight !
All in all, a good place to get you're teeth sorted and to keep them in good condition; but you have to do what your told.
