We see every customer as an individual. With this in mind your dental care (both today and in the future) will be tailored accordingly.
All new patients will be invited in for a comprehensive oral health check. This takes around 30 minutes and will include x-rays if necessary.
This health check will allow us to get to know you better. As well as looking at the health of your teeth and gums we also hope to learn more about your past dental care and any previous oral health issues. We will ask you to fill out a general health questionnaire so that we are aware of any long-term illness or medications you regularly take.
Following your consultation, we will work with you to put in place a long-term dental care plan. We will advise you on how often you should be visiting us for dental and hygiene appointments – and ways in which you can protect your teeth between visits.
Should you require further treatment this will be fully discussed with you and booked accordingly.
If you are particularly nervous about a visit or have any specific needs please advise us – we will always do our utmost to accommodate you in any way possible.
