A Warranty That Works for You

Our implant warranty is built around your long-term care and satisfaction. From the moment your treatment is complete, you’ll benefit from structured, transparent cover that reflects our confidence in the quality of our work and materials.

3-Month Review

Once your treatment is complete, your warranty includes a review appointment three months later. This allows us to assess healing, ensure everything is functioning correctly, and address any early concerns, all at no extra cost.

What’s Included?

Years 1 & 2 – Full Cover on Clinical Time and Laboratory Costs

• Should you experience any mechanical or biological issues within the first two years, we will carry out any necessary remedial treatment, including clinical time and lab work, at no extra cost.
• This cover applies only when treatment failure is not due to poor oral hygiene, undisclosed medical conditions, or non-compliance with aftercare advice.

Year 3 – Clinical Time Covered

• In year three, we will continue to cover clinical time for any implant-related issues.
• Laboratory costs will be chargeable. Typical fees include:
  • Bone or tissue grafting: £245
  • Single crown replacement: £795
  • 3–5 unit bridge replacement: £2,495
  • Full arch restoration: £3,995

Year 4 Onwards – Transparent Pricing for Ongoing Support

• Both clinical time and laboratory costs will be chargeable from year four onwards. Example fees include:
  • Single unit restoration: from £1,250
  • 3–5 unit bridge: from £4,000
  • Full arch: from £6,000

Enhanced Protection with Denplan

For even greater peace of mind, you can join our Denplan membership scheme. This allows many routine costs to be spread through manageable monthly payments, while also offering valuable cover:

• Inclusive general exams, x-rays, and hygiene visits (in line with your plan)
• Laboratory fees fixed at Year 3 rates
• Access to worldwide dental injury and emergency insurance

Denplan grading for implant treatment:

• Single implant: priced according to individual banding
• 3–5 unit bridges: one band increase (e.g., from Band C to D)
• Full arch restorations: Band E as standard

Terms & Conditions

• The implant warranty begins upon completion of treatment and includes a complimentary review approximately three months after the final fitting.
• Years 1–2: Full coverage of clinical time and laboratory fees applies for implant-related issues not caused by poor oral hygiene, undisclosed medical conditions, smoking, or failure to attend routine maintenance.
• Routine reviews after the 3-month post-treatment review are not included. These are chargeable at £45 per visit.
• General dental exams (including the rest of the mouth) are charged at £55 per visit.
• Hygiene visits are not included in the warranty and are charged at £75 per half hour.
• From Year 3 onwards, laboratory fees become chargeable. From Year 4 onwards, both clinical time and laboratory costs are chargeable.
• Fees are subject to change over time and will always be confirmed before treatment begins.
• Implants placed more than 10 years ago may require additional treatment and/or components, which will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
• Denplan membership terms are subject to your individual plan and Denplan’s terms of service. Laboratory fees under Denplan are charged as per Year 3 rates.
